# Build Better: Build Your Own Call Prep Agent

October 6, 2026 @ 12:00PM ET

A prompt is only useful if someone remembers to run it. The cheat sheet works right up until it's 9:52, the call is at 10:00, and nobody's opening a doc to paste four inputs into four prompts.

This live build takes those prompts and turns them into an agent: it pulls its own inputs from a calendar invite or account name, chains the prompts, and has the prep waiting before the meeting starts.

Built and tested against a real call happening on somebody's calendar this week, then pushed further: chained into one command, triggered straight off the calendar, wired into the CRM so a manager can review it like any other rep output.

Walk away with a working model for turning call prep from a habit that depends on the rep into a system that runs itself.

### What You'll Learn:

How a calendar invite or account name can trigger call prep automatically

The shape of a usable one-pager: two questions, one hook, one objection

Where automated prep crosses the line into scripting the rep
